We prepare the site plan your permit application needs

For homeowners and small builders applying for a permit. The plan is drawn from county records and your information; it is not a survey and it is not engineered.

Quoted to your lot.

What you get

A site plan for your permit

Skip the guesswork over what the permit office wants drawn. We prepare the site plan your permit application asks for, working from county records and what you tell us about the lot.

We check your lot before we quote

We confirm a site plan fits your lot before we quote. If it needs engineered right-of-way work (such as a driveway approach), we refer you to a local engineering firm.

A separate, quoted service

Site plans are not included in the building permit package, which starts at $750. You request a quote for the site plan on its own.

How it works

  1. We start with an intake review to confirm your project fits our services. If it needs a planning application, HOA architectural review, or anything else outside our services, we flag it early.
  2. We confirm your lot and send your quote.
  3. We prepare the site plan for your permit application.

What we don't do

Not a survey (a boundary survey may be needed), and not offered in the City of Bend or where engineered right-of-way work is required.

What customers say

"Very knowledgeable and professional!! They use the latest tools to paint the picture for you if you have topography issues etc ... talking with Don H is easy and he explains exactly the why on your build."

Questions

Is a site plan the same as a survey?
No. A site plan is not a survey and is not engineered. It is drawn from county records and your information, and a boundary survey may be needed.
Can you prepare a site plan for my lot?
Site plan availability depends on the lot, and we'll confirm. If your lot needs engineered right-of-way work, we refer you to a local engineering firm.
Do you prepare site plans in Bend?
No. We don't prepare site plans in the City of Bend or anywhere engineered right-of-way work is required. We refer those projects to a local engineering firm. If your permit needs stamped engineering, your engineer prepares it and we handle the permit filing.
Is the site plan part of the building permit package?
No. Site plans are not included in the building permit package. They are a separate service, quoted on request.
What does a site plan cost?
It is quoted for your lot. Request a quote. A real person responds within 24 business hours.
